A sense of urgency has suddenly become apparent on the St. Louis County Council’s bill to license people who rent their property in the county. The bill, which has been put up and defeated twice, will be voted on again tomorrow. Passage of this bill will give control on how private property will be rented (or occupied) to the County Executive. For more information see this video:

Here is a thought: During an election, if you are a landlord and you put a sign up for a Republican or donated to a Republican, do you think the County would start a review of your Tenants? Should County commissions have access to your tenants private information?
