The Pachyderm Gubernatorial series continues this Friday, with Eric Greitens. Eric is a former Navy SEAL, the recipient of a bronze star, a purple heart, and five other military awards, a Rhodes Scholar and the founder of The Mission Continues, a nonprofit organization that helps veterans integrate back into their communities through volunteer work. He served in Iraq from 2003 to 2007. He has written four books, most recently “Resilience: Hard-Won Wisdom for Living a Better Life,” which is a collection of inspirational letters to a fellow Navy SEAL. Eric was raised in Maryland Heights and went on to earn a BA from Duke and a PhD from Oxford. His is married with one son. Learn more at his website: https://ericgreitens.com/
