Rep. Anne Zerr was reelected to her fourth term as a State rep. for dist. 65 in St. Charles County. Rep. Zerr is chairwoman of the economic development committee and a member of the appropriations committee for health and mental health. She has her BA, Master’s, and MBA degrees from Lindenwood in the human resources field. Rep. Zerr also works as an adjunct professor in political science and has served as the Executive Director with the St. Charles County Economic Development Council’s Partners for Progress Program. Rep.
