Here is an interesting business model: anger a large segment of your customers, provide a shoddy product, keep lazy employees and expect your business to grow.

According to the St. Louis Business Journal:

Lee Enterprises, the publisher of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, reported a net loss of $20.9 million for fiscal 2012. That compares with a net loss of $146.7 million for fiscal 2011, which was mostly due to reorganization and debt financing costs.
